Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at NEM Electronics Corp.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Should you change your mind after placing an order, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as your request is made prior to shipping.

If your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.


All customers MUST fill out a Return Authorization Form.
(For your convenience, please click on link above a writable PDF Form that can be filled out online and emailed back to your assigned Sales Representative or fax back to us). Once you have received an RMA Number, please put a copy of this form with your return to be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Any item that has been damaged or missing are not acceptable for a return. Please remember to mention the invoice number stated on your printed invoice/proof of purchase that comes with your package and the RMA Number to speed up the process.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to get a full refund.
After that, customer is responsible for a merchandise restocking fee as the following:

    - 16-30 calendar days - 15% charge
    - 31-60 calendar days - 50% charge
    - Over 60 days - No return is accepted

Screen protectors, bluetooth, stereo handsfree/stereo headset and other personal products can't never be returned once opened.

Defective product(s)

Defective products must be returned within 30 days, otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. If product is defective when received, we offer product exchange only, no credit or cash refund.


We put our best effort forward to see that your order is delivered in the timeliest manner. If a mistake was made on our part and you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service department and an exchange will be made as soon as possible. An exchange or refund will be made as soon as we receive the wrongly shipped goods.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
